Kirks Mountain Adventures

I highly recommend them. My guide Andy was phenomenal. I am 68 years old and have climbed 12-13 fourteens, but nothing like Longs Peak. He got me to the summit with encouragement and technical tips. This was his 109th summit and counting. This was my first and last. Again, thank you so much. Tom

Our guide John was so kind, friendly, and good company. This experience is very much whatever you want it to be. Your guide will ask you how you want the hike to look and they’ve got so much knowledge of the area that you don’t have to worry about a thing. We even said we want to avoid people and he took us on our own path. I said I wanted the most bang for my buck to see the park in a sweeping way and that’s definitely what he gave us. We got to see three different lakes and even see two of them from an aerial view. I’m SO glad I did this since it’s the snowier time and I have no clue what I’m doing on snowy mountains. We got shoe spikes to borrow, a snack or two, water, and John even offered to carry a jacket I wasn’t using in his backpack for me. The process was seamless and we had a truly BEAUTIFUL day! Would absolutely go on another adventure with this company.

Take the stress out of finding the right hike and book an adventure with Kirk’s. Andy couldn’t have been a better guide for me and my family. Gave us a couple options as we were heading out to think about on our way into the park. We decided on a wildlife hike around Bear Lake plus one other lake. While the wildlife didn’t fully cooperate that day, we still had an amazing time and saw some fantastic lake views. The added bonus of having a guide is getting all the knowledge they have of the area, wildlife, and history. Totally worth it! I just had the most amazing time hiking with Kirk's! My guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. He taught me about the Rocky Mountains' plants, animals, and history. The hike wasn't crowded, and we saw some breathtaking views. It's a shame we didn't spot any animals, but being out in nature helped me relax and de-stress. Thank you so much!
