Great
AITA PERU, I had John Borda as a personal tour guide for me and for my kids only. Although I am bilingual (Peruvian and Spanish is my native language), mi kids only speak English, and he was ready to accommodate to that challenge. John has a passionate and charismatic personality, he was always respectful, professional and empathetic to our challenges and needs. His knowledge is extensive at multiple levels and I recommend him to any English Speaker as their personal tour guide. Thank you John!
This was an off the beaten path truly immersive experience.
My husband & I went on two treks with Ider at Aita Peru. They were both amazing! Ider is a great guide, organized, fun & full of positive energy. The first hike was Chunkal for two days with amazing scenery & a truly authentic Andean experience. The second was Ausangate for three days and we reached heights of 5,200 meters (over 17,000’) . Incredible views ending at rainbow mountain, we arrived exhausted but so exhilarated.

High prices, lack of basic guidance, and the little information they gave us, some of it was wrong. They didn't make the reservation for one of the hotels, several problems and butterflies in our stomach. We felt treated with disregard and neglect.

We were surprised by the snow in January, we did not see the colors, and we were not warned about this possibility. We were warned only on the way to the walk and we were unprepared for snow. Overall, including the entire package closed at the agency, the prices were high, there was a lack of basic guidance, and the little information they provided us, one came wrong. They did not make the reservation of one of the hotels, several perrengues and cold in the belly. We felt treated with reluctance and laxity.
