Absolutely wonderful trip. Spectacular scenery. Our guide Rueben Andrade made the wonderful trip even better. He was very knowledgable, added insights about the culture, history, and sites that we saw. He ensured we were well taken care of through out the trip.

We had a fantastic experience with Alpaca Expeditions on our Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu tour, guided by David Condori Villanueva. The booking process was very easy, and when we made our final payment in Cusco, the representative clearly and calmly explained our itinerary. We also requested an extra stop on our tour, and we were pleased that they were able to accommodate it. The day before our tour, David sent us helpful reminders about what to bring and our meeting time, which we really appreciated. From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, caring, and well-organized. On our Sacred Valley tour, he not only shared fascinating insights but also kindly offered to take photos for us and ensured we had enough bathroom breaks. Throughout the trip, David was incredibly observant of my physical limitations and always gave us thoughtful options to make the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. He assisted me several times with steep, uneven steps in a way that was respectful and not at all patronizing, which meant a lot to me. After our first day together in the Sacred Valley, he had a good sense of how to tailor our second day at Machu Picchu to suit our needs. His suggestions—such as buying a poncho and packing only essentials—were really helpful. As a guide, David was passionate and deeply knowledgeable about Incan history. The way he described life 600 years ago painted a vivid picture, making the experience truly special. He kept us engaged throughout our four-hour visit to Machu Picchu, and time flew by as we learned so much. We also got plenty of amazing photos and really enjoyed his company. We are incredibly grateful to have had David as our guide. His professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm made our trip unforgettable!

I did the Lares Trek 4D/3N. Despite the poor weather it was an absolutely amazing experience and great views! I had Simon Puma as my guide and he couldn’t have been a better option. Would highly recommend!
