A very good company, very responsible, attentive, always on time; Their travel packages are excellent as they already include practically everything, including hotels, transportation, and some breakfasts; just so that we tourists can dedicate ourselves to enjoying beautiful Peru. Very bad experience with your excursions. Unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them.

Guide - Ray was our guide, whilst he is very experienced with the hike itself, he struggled to understand us (in English) and didn't wish to share information along the way. He also wasn't very good at describing the terrain (again, perhaps his English)
Food - we had clearly made a request for mostly protein and no to little carbs ahead of our trek and we were told this wouldn't be a problem but during the trek, our guide told us the cook didn't have too many eggs or meat for us
Accommodation - the website clearly tells you hot water on all nights but during the trek, I had a hot shower in the domes once. Also our beds, pillows were mouldy in the domes and just generally not clean. Moreover , it was so cold (zero insulation), we had to take blankets from other empty domes to keep warm
Organisation - after speaking to others about their treks with other companies, seems that they were more taken care of after the actual hike whereas we were just left alone with nothing to do particularly on the 3rd evening, moreover other companies offered WiFi everyday. This isn't a big deal to us but would have come in handy
Our invoice and the website also states that the bus up and down from Machu Pichu is included but our guide informed us only the way up was included. We also had to pay an additional 20 soles for entrance to Salkantay which we weren't informed of in advance
Tips - we were asked perhaps 10 times by our guide to tip the cook and horseman, we really felt under pressure to do so even though we were barely eating the food as it wasn't what we had requested
If you'd like the more 'luxury' Salkantay trek experience, I'd suggest you check other companies
