Cusco Expedition

We took a tour with 13 people, everything was fine. Good management of the guides and staff to resolve normal problems in this type of tours.

Big Thanks to Mr.Marco Antonio..This guy really know how to treat clelients.. He responded on any question ,always tried help ,always been in time ,responsible. When i couldn't go on trip because of weather he came to my hostel and bring me back money which i think is fair..1 suggestion. When you pick up the clients from hotel then after trip try to drop near hotel..It's uncomfortable to someone who traveling solo and don't know where to go ,how to find a way to hotel when its far ,not speaking Spanish,dark and big raining.I heard that Cusco is more safe than Lima but each client should feel safe and comfortable after trip.. Anyway i higly recommend Cusco Expedition and Mr.Marco Antonio.

SCAMMERS!! One star and because it won't let me give less. They canceled the excursion a day before and promised to refund the reservation money. Anymore. The company has disappeared and they do not answer calls or messages.

They NEVER gave us our $600 back. We could not carry out the expedition that we had reserved with Emanuel due to a general strike in the country, as it was a recommended company we paid in advance. What was the surprise? After more than 10 days waiting for the $600 refund, we have neither the money nor a response from the company or Emanuel.

GIVE US THE MONEY BACK!! We booked an excursion with the company. They made us send them money $100 per person as a deposit from Spain. While in Cusco Emmanuel comes to tell us that the excursion is cancelled, that they do not have the money and that in a week they will reimburse us. We are still waiting!! Give us our money back!!!
