Soon I will be going to Nepal for the 8th time for a beautiful trek. All eight times, Min Gurung was involved. First as a guide and later as the owner of his own Destination Himalaya Treks. The reason I usually choose him for my treks is obvious. Each trek is a custom-made journey. For me and my now-deceased husband, these were usually individual treks. Together we planned the itinerary, and from DHT we usually received good additional tips. This made our trips a beautiful adventure each time, with great guides and porters and excellent and involved support before and after the trek from Min. Soon I will be going to Nepal again, on a special mission to scatter some of the ashes. Together with two good friends and travel companions on this mission and Min, we have been able to put together a wonderful program that includes all our wishes. I am very much looking forward to seeing our 'family' in Nepal again and enjoying the beautiful routes through the Himalayas. The treks we have done with DHT are: Langtang trek (including a visit to Chitwan National Park), Everest Base Camp trek (We did this once as a group tour with a group of 7 strangers and once organized by ourselves as a group tour with the Twentsche Alpinisten Vereniging), Manaslu trek, Upper Mustang trek, Nar Phu trek. Our very first introduction to Nepal and Min Gurung was during the Annapurna Circuit trek. I highly recommend Destination Himalaya Treks to anyone considering a trek in Nepal. They are a fantastic agency, always willing to go the extra mile to make your journey as unforgettable as possible.

I was on a trek in March 2024. I was solo only with my guide Dipendra which was amazing, helpful and very nice. The trek was very well organized, the views and memories will last a lifetime. I'm sure that I'll come back someday to Nepal, to a place where everyone is very nice. I recommend the guide Dipendra which works this the agency.

Did a trip with a nice and funny guide named Dipendra last year. I recommend that you walk alongside him! Always here to take care of you and willing to teach you a few words when needed. I hope to trek again with him!
