Heaven Himalaya Adventure

I recently completed a 24-day, three-circuit tour with Heaven Himalaya, exploring the Tsum Valley, Manaslu, and Annapurna Circuits. This was my first trip to Nepal, and it was an outstanding experience. From the outset, Heaven Himalaya impressed me with their professional communication. They hosted two informative Zoom calls to prepare us for the trip and to address any questions we had. Once in Nepal, they continued to handle unexpected changes seamlessly—like when some of our party decided to forgo a high-altitude pass or when our in-country flight was unexpectedly canceled. Knowing that Heaven Himalaya was always taking care of us and would competently handle any unforeseen circumstances allowed me to let go of any concerns and totally immerse myself in enjoying this remarkable country. I also can not speak highly enough of our guide and porters: Shankar Adhikari, Babu and Anish. They were not only friendly companions but also exceptionally attentive to our needs. Trekking involves a lot of behind-the-scenes coordination, especially given the high demand for tea house accommodations during the peak season and the occassional changes in plans. Shankar's experience and personal relationships in the region proved invaluable, ensuring our trek was smooth even when we had to adapt our itinerary. During the last five days of our Annapurna trek, I separated from the group to explore the high-altitude destinations of Tilicho Lake and Thorong La Pass. Shankar stayed with the group, and I trekked with Babu, who served as both porter and guide. Again, Heaven Himalaya’s ability to accommodate this change in plans is a testament to its responsiveness and flexibility. Babu was an excellent guide with over fifteen treks in this area. He was extremely knowledgeable about the conditions and friendly and welcome company as the two of us made our way up and down some epic routes. As someone who has only trekked in Nepal once, I can't compare Heaven Himalaya to other companies directly. However, I did observe other trekkers interacting with their guides, and I heard mixed reviews about their experiences. Based on my observations and experiences, I am grateful for our choice of Heaven Himalaya and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering a trekking adventure in Nepal. I look forward to trekking with them again on my next visit!

I recently completed an incredible trek in Nepal with Heaven Himalaya, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Sanjib was great in answering all the enquires and do not aggressively push for the booking and confirmations like other trekking that I also enquire at the same time. They give you freedom of time to read though rearranging my requirements of the travel days. Mr Sanjib then helped us customise a special plan for our tip. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly welcoming and organized. Mr Mahendra was there waiting in the airport for 1.5 hours before we could checked out from the immigration. He welcomed us with a smile and was worried as it was late. Our guide, Mahendra, was exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and always ready with a smile. He made sure we were safe, comfortable, and fully immersed in the beauty of the landscape and culture.Due to peak season of trekking in October. It can be challenging to secure a room along the trek and he went all out to always secure the room for us three ladies without the need of sharing. Our porter, Meg and Prakash, was a true hero! Their strength and kindness made our journey so much easier. They always carried our gear with a positive attitude and shared interesting stories along the way. They also make sure not to far away from us and always makes sure we are safe. This is my second trekking trip to Nepal and I felt like we were moving in a great team going up and down the ABC trek. Overall, Heaven Himalaya provided an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to return for another adventure. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience in Nepal! From Kathmandu- Pokhara- Annapurna Base Camp trekking - Pokhara day tour- Kathmandu with Heaven Himalayan. Their services were exceptional, with a responsive team that made the trip enjoyable. Our guide, Mr. Mahendra, was professional and knowledgeable, ensuring our safety, while porters Mr. Prakash and Mr. Megh were caring and attentive. This was my first hiking trip in Nepal. I was not only amazed by the breathtaking mountain views, but I was equally impressed with the exceptional service from the Heaven Himalaya, especially, the trekking guide, Mr. Mahendra. What really impressed me was his commitment to the environment—he picked up trash along the trail, setting a wonderful example of responsible trekking. It was clear that he cared deeply, not just about the people, but about preserving the beautiful landscapes we were exploring. Their professionalism and care made the whole journey safe, smooth and stress-free, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the beauty of the Himalayas. I highly recommend this agency for anyone, especially first-timers!

I had an fantastic experience on my Lobuche Climb and EBC trek! Sanjib was exceptionally responsive and efficient over WhatsApp, promptly addressing all my queries. My trekking guide was highly knowledgeable, informative, and incredibly helpful throughout the journey. While we encountered a few hiccups, they were subsequently resolved.
