The Chulu East Peak Climbing Trip started from our arriving airport at night,Chandra gave a good welcome for us, and let us know everything we needed to prepare. I’m not a good experienced climbing , he helped me choose good gears, like mountaineering boots, crampons , everything fitted for me, let me have a good preparation for climbing. We had a few days stay in different cottages, Chandra arranged the accomation quite good, we can enjoy the good view and have hot water shower. We needed stay a few days in tent, he prepare a table and chairs for us to enjoy the meals. We’re like enjoy the meals in luxury restaurant. And chef always gave me surprise food, I still remember veg instant noodles omelet. Really important Chandra gave me a good training for climbing. Chandra is a really good experienced climber guide, always reminds me kept slow, because I always forgot. We have a amazing climbing trip Thanks Chandra! Pisang Peak is a 6000 meter rock pyramid that offers amazing views of the Annapurnas. Chandra did an amazing job guiding up this technical peak. The peak requires 2000 meters (6600 feet) of hiking from the village of Pisang, and the final 1000 meters requires rock and steep snow/ice climbing skills with additional aid of fixed lines. Chandra and porters provided support in the form of cooked meals at basecamp, and set up at high camp. The ridge from 5300meters up to the rock slab was an amazing ridge. Chandra is an Everest-experienced guide who is very comfortable with leading high-altitude steep lines like at Pisang. This peak is not for beginners looking for an easy walk-up to 6000 meters, for that choose Mera Peak or something else. For Pisang I recommend training on mixed climbing routes at altitude. In my case training for 2 months at 4000 meters was not sufficient to make a rapid assault on Pisang. At 19,000 feet i suddenly hit the wall with altitude, just 300 meters from the summit. The steepness of the line requires you be mentally on top of your game at all times. It is a great test of your culmination of your skills over the years, and you will need to take your time to acclimatize properly. Chandra was cheerful and did a great job trying to work with my limited 8 day window and Im sure with a longer window you will find success with a great lead like Chandra.

I met Chondra in Lenin Peak. he was a great professional and guide Thanks to him we reach the peak Many people didn't because they did not follow the advises of their guides I did and we reach the summit and everything was great I will always remember he offer his soup at c3 above 6.000 m when he didn't had to. he was always taking care of me. It was awesome to feel safe in a 7.134 m peak. Nice guy and excellent professional If i go back to the mountains of course I will do with Chondra

At first I and my wife plan to trek along the annapurna circuit trek but when we arrived to Mananag valley she was sick and had a big Kumbu-cough,so we had to change our plan. Fortunately we were there with Chandra(the guide and the founder of Himalayan Diamond Adventure) he rearranged our plan.He took us to Ghale Gaun and stayed with Gurung family at Bhujung village that was so nice we love it, although we visited Nepal many times but never stay at homestay so far. Then he took us to Chitwan National Park where we went to safari tour on jeep.It was our first time to see the real rhino.All we did I want to call it as the special combination trek and tour of Himalayan Diamond. Many thanks to Chandra and his teams gave us the very impressive experience.

A long trek in a remote region around Kanchendzönga organized by Chandra and his team from Himalayan Diamond Adventures. As on the treks before, Chandra listens to his customers, accomodates for personal needs and is prepared for the inevitable change. This time Sargar joined me as guide and Asbir as our cook and porter. In more than ten trekking trips to Nepal, I never had team that worked better, every moment of the trip was enjoyable. Communication was perfect at all times, Sagar and Asbir kept us safe and their in depth knowledge and care about my wellbeing made this another special experience. Be it fresh fruit in the mountains, well choosen places to stay, outstanding cooking and the fun we had on the way, it could n't have been better.
