Wow what an amazing experience! I booked 3 excursions with Peru Alpine Expedition during my visit to Huaraz this past November:  Laguna Churup, El Paso del Zorro, and Mateo peak. This was my first overnight trek, and also my first ice climbing trek! However I had no worries as my guide Yunmer was very knowledgeable and well prepared for each trek. It was an incredible time, and I will definitely be booking my next trek with Peru Alpine Expedition when I come back to visit!
