With the amazing assistance of Rusha my Himlung Himal summit expedition in collaboration with the 14 Summits Team was 1st Class. Rusha's communication with the planning and dedication to her clients experience throughout the expedition is exceptional.

We attended the Island Peak climb, with Lobuche East climb added to the trip by our request. Everything between our arrival and departure to and from Khumbu region was perfect and flawless. We enjoyed the trek very much. We successfully climbed Lobuche East and my uncle also summited Island Peak (I got fever from the sore throat in the basecamp, well... you can't have everything). Our guide Sundar was very knowledgeable about the area and taught us a lot about the local religion, mythology and people. He was also very flexible and open to plan changes. Due to some delays during our transport to Khumbu region, we wanted to merge two trekking days into one to compensate, and Sundar arranged everything. I should mention our porter as well, who was willing to adapt to changes in plan as well. We were also allowed to add a few acclimatization walks along the way around the places we spent night in, which was also a very nice experience. We were very unlucky for the weather conditions during the travel days. All the flights from Manthali to Lukla were cancelled. The agency bought us a direct return flight from Lukla to Kathmandu as compensation, and even that one was canceled due to poor weather. However, I must say that the agency and our beloved guide Sundar did what they could to arrange our transport by other means (cars and jeeps), and that was also quite a fun experience. To sum it all up - 10/10 experience, I will definitely seek this agency first when planning another trek in Nepal.

Hello, I am Simone from Italy. I selected Treks Planner Nepal for my trip to Island Peak climbing via EBC and Cho La Pass in November 2024. I had an amazing experience from the organization before reaching Nepal to the trek and climbing itself. Since from italy the company assisted me in the preparation of my gear, tips on what to do, what to buy, where to buy... once I arrived in Kathmandu we also went shopping for the missing equipment for the mountains. Together with my amazing sherpa, Sundar, we were supposed to fly to lukla from Kathmandu. Unfortunately due to bad weather our flight got cancelled, but The company promptly booked an helicopter, all cost included in the original trip, and so we could fly to Lukla for an unforgettable experience :) The trek went really smoothly and Sundar gave me a really good insight in the Nepalese culture together with supporting me emotionally and physically during my solo trip in the mountains. I also got extremely sick one day, probably due to the food served in some tea houses, and we took 1 day rest, were he assisted me allowing me to recover to continue out journey. From 39 level fever, after 1 week I was on the top of Island Peak ! 100% recommended for a concrete adventure in the Himalayas. And a huge 10/10 to Sundar for his strength, knowledge and deep devotion for his job among the mountains. PS: with the full service they provide, I consider the price really consistent and affordable.

Really happy with agency support, first Rusha was very cooperative and responsive in remote planning phase (on top of mail correspondence we had couple of productive WhatsApp calls). As this trip was something I planned for years I had specific requirements to maximize added value of time spent in Nepal, and Rusha fully help to transform them in realistic itinerary. At this solo trip I’ve been supported by Guide/Porter Rai, he was a great companion for 18 days in Himalayas. Speaking communicative English provided a lot of insight on Khumbu region, Nepal realities and most important we had a lot of fun! Making 3 passes during peak season can be consider as “Adventures Traveling”, so one can expect some hiccups (unexpected Lodges cancellation, Lukla flights delays due to weather) but Rai with Rusha support in back office were able to overcome those setbacks making my trip great experience.
